Sausage
Ingredients:
Pork, water, spices & flavorings, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, BHA, BHT, and citric acid.
Our sausage is gluten free.
Cooking Instructions:
Form or cut patties 1/2" thick or less. Cook slowly over low heat turning often.
For safety, sausage must be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 160º Fahrenheit.
Bacon
Ingredients:
Cured with water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, and sodium nitrite.
Our bacon is gluten free.
Cooking Instructions:
Appliances vary, adjust cooking times accordingly.
Pan Fried:
1. Start bacon in cold skillet.
2. Cook, over 340º Fahrenheit heat, for 3 minutes per side.
3. Remove bacon when desired crispness is reached.
4. Dry on paper towels.
Microwave:
1. Place sliced bacon between paper towels in baking dish.
2. Cook approximately 1 minute per slice.
Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
Breaded/battered with bleached wheat flour, water, salt, yellow corn flour, corn starch, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), spice, garlic powder, cellulose gum, xanthan gum, and natural flavor.
Breading set in vegetable oil. Contains up to 22% of a solution of water, soy protein concentrate, sodium phosphates, and salt. Contains soy & wheat.
Cooking Instructions:
Appliances vary, adjust cooking times accordingly.
Deep Fryer:
1. Preheat oil to 350º Fahrenheit.
2. Fry frozen tenderloins for 6-8 minutes.
Conventional Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 400º Fahrenheit.
2. Bake frozen tenderloins for 30 minutes.
Air Fryer:
1. Remove frozen chicken strips from the packaging.
2. Place as many in the air fryer that will fit without overcrowding.
3. Cook for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
If you want crispier chicken strips cook for a further 2 minutes at 200c/400f. Plus, spray with extra virgin olive oil.
For safety, chicken must be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 165º Fahrenheit.
